Best Affordable Dive Watches: #1 Casio Duro 200 MDV-106

Undobutely, if you want to look like Bond without breaking the bank, the Casio MDV106 “Duro” should be on the top of your list. It features a beautiful, simple black dial with contrasting white luminous markers. In addition, Casio has also introduced two new refreshing styles for 2020: a blue dial/bezel and a black dial/bezel with gold accents.

Without a doubt, the thing that really differentiates the MDV106 from its competitors is that it’s not just a great looking watch, but one you can take in the water. It’s rated to 200m, has a unidirectional diver’s timing bezel, and a screw-down crown. It comes on a functional and comfortable resin band that can easily be replaced with a third party strap or bracelet if you want a different style. Like most of Casio’s quartz watches, the MDV106 uses a modified Miyota quartz movement.  You will not find a better functional dive watch for the price.

#2 Vostok Amphibia

The Amphibia is Vostoks the most well-known watch. It was iconically featured by Bill Murray’s character Steve Zissou in The Life Aquatic. Like the Komandirskie, the Amphibia delivers a great value for a mechanical watch that features an automatic movement with handwinding, 200m water resistance, and is extremely durable. Although you can take it in the water, but the bezel is bidirectional which is not ideal. Even so, if you are looking for a unique style instead of the typical Rolex Submariner, one of the dozens of different dial and case options will speak to you.

There are way too many different dials and cases of the Vostok Amphibia to list them all. Make sure you check out all the different Vostok Amphibia options you can buy on Amazon.

#3 Invicta Pro Diver (Automatic)

Admittedly, I don’t normally rate Invicta very high as a brand, but the Pro Diver is a great looking watch with a quality movement. The automatic Pro Diver uses Seiko’s workhorse NH35A automatic movement that features hacking and is hand-windable. Like the MDV106, the Pro Diver is a Submariner homage, feature a screw-down crown, date window, and unidirectional bezel. Conversely, the Pro Diver is available on an OEM stainless steel bracelet and comes in a wider range of color schemes. Furthermore, the Pro Diver line also features several gold-plated The specifications are great for the price. If you own one Invicta, an automatic Pro Diver should be the Invicta you own.

There are too many versions of the Invicta Pro Diver to list individually. Make sure you check them all of the Invicta Pro Diver options available to buy on Amazon.

#4 Casio MRW200H

Casio MRW200H Dive Watch

Overall, the Casio MRW200H is one of Casio’ best selling dive watches. Casio delivers with this model a no-frills dive-style watch with a day-date window that is rated to 100m for a tremendous value. With a variety of styles, you have a lot of options to choose from!

There are too many styles of the MRW200H to list them all. Make sure you check out all the available MRW200H options to buy on Amazon.
